(5216) Cannizzo = 1941 HA Discovered 1941 Apr. 16 by L. Oterma at Turku. John Kendall Cannizzo (1957-2018) was an American astrophysicist who worked at the NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. He also spent time at the Harvard College Observatory, where he met his wife Catherine Asaro, and did research as a Humboldt Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics. (10911) Ziqiangbuxi = 1997 YC1 Discovered 1997 Dec. 19 by the Beijing Schmidt CCD Asteroid Program at Xinglong. Originated from 'I Ching' (the Book of Changes), `Zi Qiang Bu Xi' are the Chinese characters for `Unremittingly practicing self-improvement'. This phrase is one of the mottos of Tsinghua University, along with several other prestigious universities in China. (21182) Teshiogawa = 1994 EC2 Discovered 1994 Mar. 12 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami. Teshiogawa is a 256-km long river which runs through the northern part of Hokkaido into the Sea of Japan. Nayoro Observatory, equipped with the 1.6-m Pirka telescope, is located near this river. (28077) Hard = 1998 QH55 Discovered 1998 Aug. 27 by LONEOS at the Anderson Mesa station of the Lowell Observatory. Michael W. Hard (b. 1937) is a long-time friend of Lowell Observatory who has championed the Observatory in many ways. He had a 39-year senior executive career in banking in Arizona and served as a trustee on two foundation boards of directors. Michael was also very active in the community after retirement. (283455) Philipkrider = 2001 FV221 Discovered 2001 Mar. 22 by SKADS at Kitt Peak. E. Philip Krider (b. 1940) made fundamental contributions to understanding physical processes producing atmospheric electrical discharges while at the University of Arizona. He chaired a panel providing recommendations to prevent lightning strikes such as those hitting the Apollo 12 launch. He is also an expert on the life and science of Benjamin Franklin. (378370) Orton = 2007 ON5 Discovered 2007 July 24 by J. W. Young at Wrightwood. Glenn S. Orton (b. 1948) is a senior research scientist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and principal investigator of atmospheric structures of both Jupiter and Saturn. He is a member of the American Astronomical Society and the IAU, as well as the American and European Geophysical Unions. (406737) Davet = 2008 HP2 Discovered 2008 Apr. 25 by M. Ory at Vicques. St\'ephane Davet (b. 1977) is a physicist and teacher in Swiss Valais. He is an amateur astronomer and an active member of Astrochablais. He has been the president of the Commission romande de physique for many years.
